Dare I ask why they would block port 80? Or do they know the servers are just BBS'?

I need to find out if my ISP suddenly started blocking ports or if it's a configuration problem on my Linux box. Would you mind trying a telnet? My fear is that it's a blocking issue since I was able to access my system from my mom's house and then my ISP renewed their DHCP server.
