OK, here's a group of IPs I would ban right off the block. 203.25.208.100 203.25.208.132 203.25.208.69 All of these are registered to the same guy using this lookup as an example: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=203.25.208.100 Each Ip is mapped to a domain. The domains are all empty of any content at its root. Somewhere in the domain is a directory with a graphic used in the spam. The spam is basically perfect with a single exception, he's sending multi-part email without the required text portion (i.e. improperly set media boundaries). All that these is the HTML and I catch that on the lists. He's banned and I feel quite justified in doing so.
