Has anyone been watching whats coming down from the Supreme Court today? I have to say it: I am very impressed by the temperance and wisdom of the rulings on the Nike case, the serial killer case, the *ahem* invasion of privacy case, and the boundaries case.
I expected each of these decisions to lean more towards the right, but instead the court has taken a completely moderate course on these issues.
