I have no factual data to back up these claims, but I have heard from more
than a few teachers tha I know that their standardized tests are easy, and
that these tests don't really weed out bad teachers, but the ones that are
incredibly stupid.

Anybody out there actually know if that's true?  I'd be willing to be that
it is.
