That's a nice dealership. One got all of our maintenance business, as they replaced a windshield gratis even though it turned out it wasn't flawed (cracked from impact, but there was no chip out, so we thought it was a stress crack). I like my Saturn Dealership for a couple of reasons. They're always friendly. They remind me of upcoming maintenance (for example, they reminded me I needed to get my tires rotated -- it wasn't quite time, but I was in for an oil change, and probably wouldn't be back before the next one). They wash my car (if it's not raining or below freezing).
