Wow I didn't know Paul Bocuse had a restaurant in the states. I'll have to
try that when I get the chance!!!!  I actually went to culinary school with
his son.  He was the graduation speaker for the class just before mine.  It
would be so cool to eat at one of his restaurants!

Speaking of theme parks and good food,
we had two excellent meals at Walt Disney World's Epcot -

at Le Chefs de France, run by Paul Bocuse and Roger Verge,
and at Alfredo di Roma, branch of the Rome restaurant which invented
Fettucine 
Alfredo.

Neither was cheap, but both were memorable...
