Hi everyone -
I need some advice as to how to properly setup my small office network
so that I can safely allow remote access to a telecommuter with a Mac.
The office is connected to the internet through a cable modem and router
using internal non-routable static IPs. We have a TZO account for DNS, so
our network can always be found across the Internet.
Ideally, she would be on the network itself, could transfer files and
print to the office printer over the internet. An alternative would be for
her to just FTP files to a server and then VNC into it if she needs local
resources. This setup concerns me for security reasons.
Any suggestions?
Thank you,
