1. Obtain and run the SoBig [EMAIL PROTECTED] and the Welchis worm removal tools from http://securityresponse.symantec.com/ 2. Obtain the latest virus definitions, and do a full system scan with the "all files" option. 3. Obtain and apply the updates from Microsoft. 4. Reboot the server. 5. run the removal tools a second time. 6, Do a full anti-virus system scan a second time. 7. Run the Updater at Microsoft again. 7. Reboot the server again.
