Well another case of florida sucking, no emotional damage without physical injury. But I'm going to submit a claim to get the Suv ladies insurance company to cover it. She was speeding and me and the 2nd car agree, I'm hoping geico the 2nd ladies insurance will fight to show that it was the suv ladies fault for speeding and not my fault for an improper lane change. The stupid officer wouldn't listen though she just didn't want listen to what I was saying if it was my fault and she wasn't speeding how did the suv then go 3-4 car lengths ahead and strike a car that was going faster then I was probably 40-45 and then hit it with enough to knock it under a fence and into a school.
