<![CDATA[As somebody that doesn't drink coffee I have to say that I'd rather not
ruin milkshakes by adding coffee to them.
I was going to say let's just call these expensive, fancy coffee-drinks
something more appropriate - like "Crack". But I didn't want to offend
any crack users we may have here. ;^)
