What I remember from my Restaurant Law class at the Culinary Institute of
America.  If the object is not foreign to the food, the restaurant is not
liable.  In other words fish bones in fish or chicken bones in chicken is
not a basis for a winning lawsuit.  If it's glass or a rock on the other
hand, there is a case.

Subject: stupid tooth

So, here's a question for you. If you go out to eat, and you're happily
munching your chicken enchiladas, and you bite a bone and chip your
tooth....do you expect the restaurant to pay your dental bills?

In other words, how litigious are you?

Deanna, who can't get into the dentist for 3 more weeks. Grrr.
