Well, considering "Mike Rowe" is his name, he's a web designer, and
mikerowe.com is already registered, it's not that out of the question.
Thing is, it's a trademark issue, and that's muddy.  I can go out, right
now, and open a restaurant called "Oracle Chicken Wings", and Oracle
can't sue me for that, since they're in the Database and app server
business and Ellison hasn't expressed an interest in acquiring KFC recently.

Microsoft's tried to nail people for making plays on their name before -
remember Lindows?  Remember the lawsuit?  Notice how it's still called
Lindows?  They lost that, and they'll lose this one as well.  Microsoft
is a gigantic, multinational software company with tens of billions of
dollars in the bank and billions in revenues.  Mike Rowe is a high
school kid in Canada who charges $25 for a web page.  If you confuse the
two, your internet privileges should be revoked.  He's just playing off
their name, and not threatening any aspect of their business.
