Basically it's all BS. It has not lowered my spam load at all and I've seen less than 1% of spam coming anywhere near compliance to the act. Oh, and I've gotten lots of spam from spammers saying that they'll spam FOR me and that they are compliant, but the spam itself wasn't.
I'l going to start doing a spam of the day in the spam section of HoF. Just after I finish rewriting the subscription section for Erika. :)
