If you want to make your own Paneer, here is the recipe from U of Guelph
website, as promised ages ago. I am putting the link in case you want to
look at other recipes on the page. Follow hte link and then scroll down past
Ricotta and Queso Blanco. Warning, slow site, so be patient!

So, does she have a recipe for mutter paneer? I made that last weekend,
but
it wasn't quite how I wanted it. I had to add a lot more cream, cause it
was
too dry. And, my paneer crumbled. Grrr. Next time I'm buying the pre-fried
cubes of frozen paneer, instead of the block of frozen paneer.
