Does anyone here have any experience with seasonal affective disorder?
It's pretty much a given at this point that I have it, and I'm wondering
how others deal with it. Several of my friends have lightboxes and
swear by them, and I'm looking for alternatives to or more opinions on
light therapy.
Specifically, I'm looking for non-light therapies people have found to
work, and what light boxes people have used.
