I'm ripping all my cds to wavs then encoding in a couple different bitrates for a full archives of all my tunes. I'm using CDEX to do so.
Winamp keeps popping with disc insertion; I'd like to turn this off so the disc just goes in without anything happening.
I'm using a couple three of my boxes to get this going quicker. My xp box is fine, but I can't figure it out on win2k. How do I turn the auto-action/play off?
Also, anyone familiar with cdex? What does the "convert to riff-wav" do? A friend said to turn it off/don't worry about it, but didn't really know what it does.
Thanks,
Matthew
