It keeps popping itself into my startup menu. I searched Google,
Symentec, M$, M$N, Ask and /. and I cannot find anything on it. deleting
it seems to cause no harm, but after a few days, there it is again.
Immediately after "reinstall" it causes ZoneAlarm to throw a popup
asking if I'd like to allow "Changed Program" BELC.EXE to access the
Internet. To which I always answer "No." Checking my logs reveals that
BELC.EXE is trying to access the Internet quite a bit (and being blocked).
This only happens on one machine (P3 ~500, Win2k (regularly
patched/updated)), which I use mostly to work from home on, so I have a
CISCO VPN client installed for access to my company's LAN. I thought
maybe that was what it was but searching Cisco.com for BELC or BELC.EXE
nets no results.
FWIW "BELC" brings up sites that aren't related, "BELC.EXE" returns no
results
TIA!
