We don't always use the same people. We try and find the three best prices,
and submit that to purchasing.

Vendors for the Studio package, or competing products to Studio?
If it's vendors, I gather you don't have an organizational contract? For us,
the entire University system of Wisconsin has a purchasing contract that
gives us better prices than the standard educational/government retail
prices.
If it's competing products, there's Adobe's studio and I suppose Microsoft's
offerings.
