parties to have access to a boatload of documents. proposals, pro forma,
architectural drawings, presentations, etc. We need to be able to
control versioning, rollback, and access to docs based on login. I have
started a Google on this, and so far have seen these that look somewhat
promising:

OnBase
Presentation Librarian
Visual Vault
