speaking of Mont Co housing

I have a friend who needs to sell a very pretty little house at the southern edge of Damascus. She just had a stroke (very young but that's another story) and Maryland revoked her driver's license. One thing about this house, you do need a car.

She has been renovating it bit by bit for years and it's a real jewel in my opinion. I'd make an offer on it myself but I really can't stand the idea of living in Maryland again.

If anyone is interested please let me know and I will put the parties in touch. The house is assessed at $200,000 based on the acre of land that comes with it; the assessor hasn't seen the inside.
