It is worth pointing out that google adwords don't always appear on
everyone's search results. They use a number of criteria including
geographic ones to determine whether or not to show them.
That would explain the total lack of understanding from a lot of people on
the list.
In future it would probably help to be a little less cryptic when making a
complaint like this.
I don't get any google ads when typing any of your keywords, so it appeared
to me and, by the looks of it, quite a few others that you were taking
exception to the following forums post:

I think what Louis is talking about is people buying google adwords
advertisements which badmouth his site. Well. that probably means you've
got some enemies out there. I would suggest going to google and
complaining, as people are not allowed to use trademarked names as
keywords
in their ad campaigns. Google should take it off.

A summary of "watch what is being said about your company on the net" is
good and is all that needs to be said. An addition of "watch what you say
on
public lists that are replicated and indexed heavily by search engines"
should be added.
