One question that I asked during my interview at a company that had odd
working hours (I got an email from one the key individuals involved in
setting up the interview time-stamped at something like 12 midnight) was
"how do you balance your work life with your personal life".  The looks and
body language of the people on the interview panel were quite telling -
several of them laughed and exchanged looks with each other.  Never heard
back from them and in any case, I wouldn't have felt comfortable working
there.
