LOL...I bet ya can guess what I think of most HR folks ;-) Sure seems quite insane to artificially weed out qualified or possibly perfect folks for a job just because it's harder to sift through the resumes. Why don't they just weed out all left-handed applicants....or maybe those that take 3 sugars in their coffee....yeah...that makes sense??? Seems like it might be better to: a) know what skills are actually required to do the job b) ask for those SPECIFIC skills instead of casting a wide net and then limiting by education Sure glad I'm the boss around here!!
