With the US dollar so low, I wonder how long it's going to be before other countries with a stronger currency (i.e. the Euro) start looking to the US for development outsourcing? Heck, I'd be happy to telecommute for a Belgian, German, or Dutch company if they flew me to headquarters a couple of times a year to drink beer...I mean, attend very important, mission critical meetings.
