Actually, the original post went to CF-Jobs, while the replies went to CF-Jobs-Talk. I believe Michael's code does that automatically... When a discussion starts on a thread on CF-Jobs, it moves it over to CF-Jobs-Talk. I have to double-check that with Michael, however....
