Note the difference between "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and "cf-jobs-talk@houseoffusion.com" (remove the -talk).
As for the site and forum, I rarely visit that. As I mentioned, you send an email to the above address and the potential applicants receive it via email. They don't have to visit the site at all. Also, if your position will consider telecommute as an option, note that in the description and you'll get a ton more responses.
