I know plenty of senior people making around that, some more and some less. So do not see that out of the range of possibility, now if you lack a college degree it becomes a good bit harder since the big companies that pay that much for employees do want those pieces of paper. The vacation though, I have had horrible luck in finding places that starting off would over beyond 3 weeks and most want to do 2 weeks.
