As an aside, the repetitive postings originating on this one poster / topic over the past months have made me second guess maintaining a subscription to this list.
I am an employer, so I would think that's not a good thing from a job seeker's perspective. I would encourage the admins to do something to minimize the noise and unnecessary repetitive posts.
