McRae Communications is in the process of spinning out a technology start-up. We are searching for several top notch CF developers to work with this new company. Work would initially be on site in Fayetteville, GA (a 30 minute ride from downtown). After a short time period, we will be acquiring office space downtown, and all work will be done at that location. We are primarily seeking people who can hit the ground running. This means that you would have solid experience with CF, including using WDDX, caching, the use of application and client variables, be interested in and capable of building highly scalable apps. A good working knowledge of cross browser DTHML/Javascript is a huge plus. We are also looking for people who have a good working knowledge of SQL Server 7, including triggers, stored procedures, and basic database admin related duties. Salary is aggressive. We will be hiring based on experience, and you will be compensated fairly based on your experience level. Trust me. Benefits include great medical and stock options.
