Yesterday, we received a call from a "Kevin Ackerman", who claimed to be
the Director of Support Services, or something along those lines. He
harangued our office manager, insisting that it was urgent that he speak
with our developers so that he could give them critical update
information. Under no circumstances did he want to speak to management but
I did get him on the line long enough to determine that he was a fraud and
a moron, ergo a recruiter.
It would be great if someone among us would have the presence of mind when
Kev calls to pose as a line developer (even if you are one) and find out
who this jerk is working for.
Curiously, this call was followed by a call from a Mr. Rajeesh, who was a
client (?) needing support help from - you guessed it - a developer.
