Assuming the indulgence of Michael Dinowitz, the agreed upon policy of the
list -- as pertains to it achieving it's intended objective -- and it's
efficiency in doing that -- should be relevant to the list -- very relevant.

As to relying on links to establish any given message's un-spam status --
please -- people will flame you severely for simply forcing them to delete
spam -- let alone, having to download a page to even determine if it -- is
or is not -- spam. Surely, someone using a 2400 baud modem can easily
appreciate that -- otherwise I must presume that you have LOTS and LOTS of
time on your hands to download pages.
