If so, BizWorks, a new and exciting division of VerticalNet, Inc. in Houston, Texas is looking for talented developers to help maintain and add on to a large existing cold fusion application. You must have at least 2-3 years of overall, commercial experience, with at least 1 year of Cold Fusion. We are looking to fill many roles within our development team: 1) A project that entails building XML api's in order to support a large integration project -- this position requires someone who can pull out portions of an application and wrap it up to exist alone if needed. 2) A project that requires the skill set to add new functionality to an existing application -- this position will be filled by a creative programmer who can design new functionality. 3) A project that requires optimization, browser compatibility issues, error handling, trouble-shooting and code re-use skills -- this position requires someone who has great attention to detail and is not afraid to tackle problems and clean up code. 4) A project that includes building data-scaping tools and maintaining content (heavy SQL 7.0 knowledge) -- this position requires a savvy intelligent agent builder. -- Fusebox experience a plus!
