SOT: Any PHTML people out there?

Hello all,   Our firm has need for a PHTML programmer for a small, but immediate job.   We have a client with a site developed in PHTM that needs to add a username/password login system that will allow users to, once they log in, change their information. They system is designed to protect certain "subscription only" areas of the site.   The client also wants to be able to manipulate that list through the adminsection of their site.   This is a really small job and the client needs this almost immediately.
