I do not know if this is an avenue you explored yet (or not) but I
would suggest contacting some non-profit organizations, or local (or
non-local) community groups.
After looking at geeks4free.com for more information, I was unable to
find any without registering. (I didn't register, although I do give kudos
to the company for having an easily accessibly privacy policy).
