Senior Software Developer
Fig Leaf Software, a dynamic, fast-growing web solutions provider, is
actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Developer. The
successful candidate will be a positive, self-motivated individual who
possesses a unique blend of technical aptitude and expertise and the ability
to interface with clients to determine their needs and communicate the
status of enterprise level web application projects. Our opening requires a
person who will be an inspiring mentor to the software development team and
is able to communicate effectively with computer programmers and graphic
designers. This is a management level position.

Position Description:
� Develop mission critical web applications for corporations and major
associations
� Provide managerial supervision of software development team
� Interact with clients to determine project requirements and
continual status reports
� Teach Allaire Certified ColdFusion courses (upon certification)
� Contribute to various Fig Leaf sponsored publishing initiatives
(Courseware, Books, magazines, CFUG's)
Position Requirements:
� Minimum of 3 years Software Development experience
� Advanced knowledge of Web based technologies to include -
Javascript, Flash, ColdFusion
� Proven leadership in a team environment
� Strong Database design experience (Oracle, SQL Server)
� BS degree in Computer Science or related field
