Your site is good although it is very US centric. You should also delete
job vacancies over 2 weeks old as these are most likely to have gone. It
is annoying to find job entries that are over 2 weeks old as potential job
vacancies.
You should also enable people to subscribe to your job postings so that
any new jobs are emailed to those people that subscribed. You should also
enable people to filter jobs they receive (i.e. United Kingdom).
If you want to see a site that does this amazingly well, have a look at
jobserve.com. It rules the IT jobsites in the UK.
