I want to develop CF applications at home. I am "network-challenged"... A friend gave me a server. I cannot get the thing to come up with the 127.0.0.1 page that you test (to make sure there's a connection between CF/server) I checked the Allaire support for help and it was not helpful at all. So, then I installed Express. I am having the same difficulty and, of course, have no results with Allaire's help. (Why can't they simply tell you how to install CF Server 5 with Windows NT? Why can't they tell you simply how to successfully install Express??) And, my other question is: Can Express work on WindowsME? Do I need to download Apache Server or not? (Why doesn't Express include all you need? or, does it?) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
