This list will be splitting into two separate lists. CF-Jobs will be for the posting
of job offers and job requests. CF-Jobs-Talk will be for talking about jobs, job
offers, resumes, etc. This will allow those on the list who are interested in picking
up CF programmers to do so without the related talk. This will also allow people to
talk about their job experiences and other issues with others so that they can get
better jobs or avoid problems.
I think its a win win situation and one that is needed as there are more and more jobs
coming up on the list and there's a chance that they will be missed due to OT
conversation.
