Hello all I have recently found myseld wanting and needing to change my job field. I have been in the computer hardware and technical suport field for about 7 years and now would like to explore the possibilities of web application development. I do not have any real "working" experience in such, but have had a few contract jobs. I am not sure how to modify my resume to make it more appealing to the potential employer.
