Ok... Here's the deal... it looks like the plan is to take what we've gotten from everyone and request a quote from the top candidates (of course, after we provide them with more information and details on both the Internet and Intranet sites). At least, that's what they tell me.
So... I'll continue to pass on any and all information I receive until the end of the day today (March 12, 2002) and then we'll contact the candidates for a final review/proposal within a week or so.
