Successful candidate will report directly to and work closely with President/Owner and able to manage daily operations in his absence from time to time. Candidate must be willing to work on average 50 hours per week without complaint and up to 60+ hours during weeks with demanding deadlines. Applicants must be Macromedia Cold Fusion certified and able to demonstrate proficient writing, code commenting, and documentation of Cold Fusion and SQL language applications using Fuse box methodology. Candidate must be proficient writing specification documents and able to oversee all aspects and hold accountable both in-house and independent contractor assigned development work. In addition to compensation package, successful candidate meeting all performance criteria will receive direct equity profit sharing based on performance.
