I am looking for a
quotation on a small CF job. It involves the creation of a user survey for a six
of our sites.
The survey is to be
built in CF 5.0. It consists of about 30 questions, some multiple choice and
some text response. The results are to be stored in a SQL Server table. There
will also be a back end area where administrators can go to see aggregate survey
results. Its look and feel will be controlled by the existing CancerSource look
and feel for each site, which is controlled by cfincludes.
