Hi, My company is looking to hire an experienced ColdFusion programmer for our department. We are located in Midtown Manhattan(Investment Bank). I posted to the list before and received lots of resumes and we made a hire from that posting for the last position so I am trying again.
So basically here is the deal, Right now I am not sure if the job will be temp(consulting) then hire fulltime or just hire as fulltime, that is up to my boss to decide. Anyway we are looking for an experienced ColdFusion programmer (4.5 thru MX) someone with 2-4 years experience. Here are the basic requirements: CF (4.5 - MX) Flash (5.0 - MX w/Remoting) SQL Knowledge (Oracle and SQLServer are both in use here) CF STUDIO 5.0 or STUDIO MX are used here General web knowledge (HTML, Javascript and you know the rest.....) We would also like the person to either have some experience in either ASP/ASP.NET or JSP, since we also have these environments and would like to make use of them where applicable and for support of some outside packages that we are currently supporting. I am not sure if this is enough information but if you want to send me an email with your resume and any questions that you have. In the email can you let me know what route you are interested in since they have not decided if they are going temp to perm or just go perm, either way I'll let you what the final decision is before we make up our minds on the resumes, just to be fair to everyone, in case you want to change your mind.
