Contract ColdFusion Developer, NYC Location: Manhattan Duration: 6 months Rate: Open
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Evaluate existing business processes, estimate and plan development tasks, and deliver results according to plan. o Present technical or development solutions to management and other members of the team. o Identify more effective ways of solving programmatic issues or problems in the code or scripts. Requirements: o Minimum of 3-5 years of web development experience using ColdFusion, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Access and other programming tools. o Must have good knowledge of database based applications, SQL server and Access databases. o Expert understanding of the software engineering process and testing strategies. o Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time. o Ability to write clear, concise technical materials and specifications. o Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with other departments and staff. o Excellent problem solving skills. o Self-directed. o Willing to take initiative.
