Senior Web Manager

5+ years of programming/web management.  Ideal candidate will be able to
direct multiple web-projects simultaneously to ensure all projects meet
requirements, are on-time,on-budget with limited scope creep

Candidate must have experience working with multiple programming languages
specifically ASP, ASP.Net and ColdFusion.  Experience working with multiple
vendors is a must.

Responsibilities:

.          Manage a senior web developer and jr. web developer.

.          Maintain and support all IT systems related to the website.  This
currently includes two production servers running IIS and Commerce server, a
development server, SQL server, integration into our ERP system Lilly
manufacturing

.          Maintain and improve our relationship and customer service
response from our hosting contractors.  

.          Work with all internal clients to support Internet functionality,
Intranet, and Extranet

.          Manage the upgrade of our web site to ASP.net in a load balanced
environment

.          Set QA procedures and protocols

Establish emergency response procedures
