At least three years experience in full software development lifecycle, preferably in development of websites and web-based applications.- Versed in gathering functional requirements and specifications to write requirements and design documents detailing processes, procedures, reports, etc.- Experienced in creation of style and user guides, test scripts, business processes and workflow diagrams.- At least three years experience in project planning to include scheduling, task management, status reporting, and resource allocation in MS Project.- Project development experience including prototype creation, use case studies- Database programming and design experience required.- Excellent communication and presentation skills a must.- Must be a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision in multi-contractor environment.- Prefer experience with COLDFUSION and Oracle.- Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products.- Knowledge of eRoom or other document management tool highly preferred.- SECRET CLEARANCE OR ABOVE MANDATORY.
