REQUIREMENTS:
* 4-6 years of relevant technology experience;
* Proficient with PHP, ColdFusion and Apache;
* Comfortable with Unix, database driven web environments;
* Experience in a MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL environment;
* Ability to write technical specifications for projects, and know how to scale up or down the time spent on this, while trading off risk;
* Client-interface consulting experience;
* Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals and to facilitate client meetings;
* Microsoft certification is a plus
