My name is Ben Scammell. I have recently finished my previous contract, and I am now looking for contract work in London, Reading or other parts of the Thames Valley.
I am a Microsoft MCSE, Citrix CCA & Novell CNE. I have very strong Windows 2000\2003 Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2000\2003, Office XP\2003 & Citrix\NFuse architecture design, support & troubleshooting experience.
I have worked at most levels within projects, from purely being a technical consultant to project managing teams of up to 15 people.
I have very strong bluechip & banking experience having worked for 3i, JPM Chase, BP, Diageo, BNP Paribas, Toyota and Saint James Place. I also have a reasonable amount of public sector experience having consulted for the Crown Estate for over a year.
I am looking for consultancy work, in either architecture design or troubleshooting. My daily rate for consultancy is �600, although I am prepared for some flexibility for the right role.
I have also sucessfully built, financed and launched several IT & Internet based businesses (see bottom of this mail for links to the latest ones), and on the strength of this would be very interested in any Technical Director or IT Director roles in the right field.
