ColdFusion Programmer

Position Summary:
The Programmer/Analyst is responsible for providing application development expertise on a team that develops, maintains, and supports all Client�s enterprise systems. The individual must have blend of technical and interpersonal skills to work with senior level managers and other IT team members to deliver appropriate technical solutions.

General Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Solutions, the Programmer/Analyst will design and develop web applications, graphical user interfaces and integration between different enterprise systems as needed.

Essential Functions:
� Analyze business requirements, design and build applications and software systems using web-centric technologies.
� Review and analyze processes that would improve Client�s information needs.
� Perform website development for Internet and Intranet sites.
� Participate in the full SDLC including, but not limited to: requirements gathering and analysis; planning, designing, building, testing, documenting and deploying enhancements.
� Design, implement, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and Crystal Enterprise.
� Provide training to IT team members and end users as necessary to support applications.
� Design and develop technical documentation for all applications and processes created.
� Test and ensure the quality of the applications developed through unit integration testing processes.
� Perform programming tasks using any of the following programming languages: Cold Fusion, Java, _javascript_, SQL, VB6.0, ADO, COM, Active X and VBA.
� Conversion of existing web-based applications from HTML, ASP and VBScript to Cold Fusion and other technologies as needed.

Required Education and Experience:
� Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other technology related discipline from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the IT field.
� Minimum of two (2) years of Cold Fusion development and maintenance experience required.
� Minimum of two (2) years experience in report creation using Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools required.
� Experience integrating web-based solutions with ERP systems (Lawson, Oracle, Peoplesoft) via XML and other methods a plus.
� Experience designing modifications and interfaces to client/server systems a plus.
� A strong understanding of Microsoft .NET using the VB.NET programming language a plus.
� MCSD Certification is a plus.
� Experience with FigLeaf development tools a plus.

Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

� Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with users at all organizational levels.
� Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.   
� Hands on knowledge of all Windows desktop operating systems and NT networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP.
� Experience with programming web applications and building enterprise level applications with scalability and high availability.
� Microsoft IIS/MTS/COM+/API experience required.
� Ability to program web applications using Cold Fusion MX, SQL, DHTML, HTML, ASP.NET and _javascript_ required.
� Understanding of XML constructs and uses in web site programming and data management a plus.
