For more information on the company, visit our Web site at: www.nextace.com Job Description: Salary Range: $45,000-$75,000 annually The Programmer/Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Cold Fusion (and .NET) applications supporting the identification, integration, extraction, and transformation of data into product ready information. The Programmer/Analyst works with our technical team and interfaces directly with external vendors/data providers at a technical level to define data requirements and resolve data integrity issues. This individual assumes the role of project leader at times for projects of significant impact requiring the coordination of systems design, development, testing, and implementation activities for new or existing systems. The Programmer/Analyst analyzes system requirements, prepares documentation reflecting present procedures, and prepares program specifications conforming to established standards. The Programmer/Analyst will utilize project management facilities and techniques to monitor application development projects, estimate feasibility, time and cost of proposed projects, prepare project status reports, and make formal presentations to management as necessary. Requirements: • 3+ years experience with system design, analysis, and development of database driven web applications in a Microsoft Windows environment. • Experience with one or more scripting languages such as Cold Fusion (cfml), JavaScript, ASP and/or PHP required. • Experience with one or more formal programming languages such as C, C#, VB required. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server required.
